    This hotel is just wow. The beautiful terrace room was super spacious with a huge bathroom and even had underfloor heating! The staff were so nice and helpful, and being right in the city center made it perfect. Free minibar was like a big bonus and I loved not worrying about drinks. Everything was just sooo comfy and stylish.

    The restaurant was kinda booked up and we couldn't get a table at a good time. There was a bit of a delay with check-in which was annoying.

    The Beautiful Terrace Room impressed me with its spacious layout, with a large bathroom and underfloor heating. The complimentary minibar was a pleasant surprise. The attentive reception staff and doormen added to the warm ambiance. The breakfast buffet disappointed with limited options given the price of 55 CHF. I noticed missing towel hooks in the bathroom, made organization a bit challenging. It was also unfortunate that there were no spa facilities due to the building's heritage. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience felt luxurious and nice.

    Had a great time! The reception staff were canny lovely, treating me like family. The room had great little touches, and the breakfast was spot on. Just wish the restaurant wasn't so booked up—had to eat early, like!
